We're on the Way...

Yay! Julie has informed me this evening that all of the book formatting is complete, and we can send it in for publication this week!

Boy, it's been such a long road (especially for her). I told her today that with all of the work she put in, the book sort of became hers, and she replied, "No, no, no...if it had been mine, I would have given up a long time ago!" Her dedication to getting all of the details just right, her patience with this project, and her immense restraint in not pulling all of her hair out in the last six months are qualities I deeply admire. I'm very lucky to call her my sister, not only because of this but for countless other reasons. I will never be able to thank her enough for this particular "moment" in time.

So, onward and upward we go! I'm excited to get it in the mail and even more excited at the thought of holding it in my hands for only a minute--right before I jump in the car and take it to show my sister!
